DAO actions
If the DAO believes that sufficient demands exists or if the current cMETA price on the market is significantly higher than the fair NAV, new cMETA can be minted and be sold to new users (Primary Issuance) or in the open market (Open Market Operation). This is the only way through which new cMETA can be issued and can also be considered for the DAO to raise new funds.
Similarly, if cMETA is trading at discount with respect to the NAV, funds of the treasury can be used to buy cMETA tokens on the market. This is also a way for cMETA holders to liquidate their position.
